- Once your down payment clears, we will send out your entire land sales agreement package via email using Signnow.com. This packet will include your Land Contract, Promissory Note, and Purchase Sale Agreement. Once you digitally sign the documents we will set you up on automatic payments in our simple to use payment portal (if financing).
- Once you pay off your note or if you pay cash, we will file the Warranty Deed with the county. The county will then mail you the original recorded deed for your files. It’s that simple.
- The whole process can take up to two weeks but we will be in contact along the way.
